Instead of hardcoding LLM system prompts as string constants, compose them from typed blocks — role, context, instructions, guardrails, output format — version them, and deliver via a REST API with environment-scoped keys. Includes a 23-tool MCP server so Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT and other AI assistants can manage prompts directly. Free tier includes MCP.
